The 2026 Northern/Southern Regional Conference theme, "Rock Solid Regulation: Adapting While Staying Grounded," reflects the balance between embracing change and remaining grounded in the principles of effective alcohol regulation.
Hosted by the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division, this year's Regional Conference brings NCSLA members together in Little Rock for two full days of education and networking. The educational program, currently in development, will feature sessions exploring emerging issues, evolving policies, and the unique challenges facing regulators, attorneys, enforcement officials, and industry professionals. Additional agenda details will be announced soon. The conference officially begins with the Welcome Reception on Sunday, September 13, at 6:30 p.m. CT at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Little Rock. Educational sessions will take place throughout Monday and Tuesday, with a Hospitality Suite open both evenings for attendees. Monday evening will be free to explore Little Rock. We encourage attendees to take advantage of the visitor resources available throughout this website, and representatives from Visit Little Rock will be available during the Welcome Reception to answer questions and offer recommendations. As an added welcome, keep an eye out for NCSLA branding as you arrive at the airport! The conference concludes on Tuesday evening with the President's Banquet at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, providing the opportunity to celebrate another successful Regional Conference. |
